private bathroom, beautiful restoration, historical significance
Need for more breakfast options!!! Cleaning services should be performed despite a hefty fee!!! Room servicing expectations could be better communicated!!! A cold buffet after breakfast hours would enhance the experience!!!

The spacious suite was super comfy and quiet! Loved lounging on the front porch. But, breakfast was pretty light and could have used more options. 🛌

The room at Franklin Manor was a delight. I loved the spacious Deluxe Queen Suite, complete with a private bathroom and lovely bath amenities. The bed felt incredibly comfortable, ensuring peaceful nights. The front porch offered a charm, perfect for mornings with a book, surrounded by the serene ambiance. The host shared fascinating stories about the history of the house, enriching my stay. However, breakfast left much to be desired. The options felt limited, primarily centered around eggs and bacon without much variety. More fresh fruit and a cold buffet available after breakfast hours would enhance the experience significantly. I was surprised by the lack of room servicing. a $50 cleaning fee felt hefty, yet I didn’t see any cleaning take place during my three nights. Some room tidiness would have been most appreciated.

Our stay was delightful. the spacious suite was a cozy retreat and the front porch was perfect for sipping morning tea while soaking in the serene ambiance. The location’s proximity to Lake Saranac made exploring easy.
Breakfast choices were somewhat limited, perhaps an addition of fresh fruit or cold options during later hours would enhance the experience.

The generous upgrade to a spacious Deluxe Queen Suite with a private bathroom made for a very comfortable stay. The quiet atmosphere guaranteed restful nights, and the lovely front porch was perfect for leisurely reading. The historical insights from the host added depth to the experience, though breakfast options could have offered more variety beyond just beef dishes. Floor cleanliness was maintained through a no-shoes policy, which was a thoughtful touch, but may be inconvenient for some guests.
